Nexus Application

Hi everyone,

I tried to look through the forum and couldn’t really find any similar experience for nexus application.
I’d like to apply for Nexus but back to Feb 18, 2018, I received a Casual Goods Accounting Document at Pearson Airport because I didn't declare my Refa - a facial toning device.

It said:
Vibrator / Not Powered
The Goods Described above were not reported to Customs or were improperly reported at Custons Contrary to the Provisions of the CUSTOMS ACT. Although this act provides for the Forfeiture and Seizure of these goods, They were nto seized in this instance.

You are advised that a record will be kept of this infraction and Seizure action will be taken in the event of any Puture Infraction.
You may also be subject to increased examination of your goods and/or vehicle when you cross the Border.

This action has been explained to you by the Officer noted below.

Is there any chance that I still got approved for the NEXUS?
