NEXUS account information update

Hey!

I am a US citizen PR in Canada with a NEXUS card. My PR card was recently renewed, so I have a new one. I went online to my US NEXUS account and updated the card, but is that all I need to do? Do I also need to go in person to a NEXUS office to show them the card? If so, do I need an appointment, or can I just drop in? Appointments seem hard to come by and I need to leave Canada before I can get an appointment?

I specifically asked a CBSA agent this and was informed anytime things change with my PR, I need to go to a NEXUS centre and update information there.

Thanks! And update for anyone else looking, you don't need an appointment, can just go to any enrolment centre and they'll make a copy of your docs and you're good to go. Takes all of 2 minutes.

Very good to know! I need to go in and update mine once I get my PR Card.
