next steps for online CIC STUDY PERMIT application after payment and fees, appro

Please help me on this question.
if we apply online, after payment and fees submission what are the exact next steps? if visa get get approved, how to get passport stamping for TRV and eTA.


Please advise me the people whose online visa was approved.

When you launch your file in embassy after some time they will request you by email to submit your passport at vfs office and then you should go vfs office with that mail and your original passport, if you didnot do medical then they will also tell you to done medical and submit you medical status
