Next steps after receiving 600 points (OINP) ?

I am waiting for OINP's nomination. Can someone guide what are the next steps after receiving ITA?

Can someone list down the steps? Should I do Medical and PCC upfront?

What is the best way to get PCC from India? I have lived in 3 different states - one is my permanent residency, the second for education around 3-4 years, the third current city where I am working.

Please let me know if I have to get PCC from all states or one PCC would work? If yes, can I apply for PCC from my current address where I am living since 2018?

1. Can I go for upfront medical once I move to DIP? what is the validity of medical? Do I have to take upfront medical for the primary applicant and secondary applicant?

2. I have lived in 3 different states in the same country, do I need to take PCC from all states or only from my current address? Do I have to take PCC for primary and secondary applicants?

3. What are the documents related to medical and PCC I need to submit with ITA?
