What's the next step after receiving your passport back with the PPR visa stamp??

I am a new permanent resident. Do I need to apply for a PR Card?
If you are a new permanent resident, you will automatically receive your new card by mail when you first arrive in Canada. This is part of the immigration process and you do not need to apply for a PR Card.

or
2. Flagpole at your nearest border.

Hi ,
Since you are already in Canada , after you receive your passport back with PPR stamp visa and COPR you need to book an appointment at IRCC for landing interview or you can go to the border for flagpole. Here is a link with options for the process:
