Guys,

I have developed this report, it calculates the number of invites against the scores - and based on this tells you how much the next CRS score will be.

The report is HERE

However, just want to note - in order for a report to be accurate and up to date, it requires an input from you. The more cases we have the more accurately the report will be, i always say a sample of 500 cases can produce a good report.

Please help yourself and others by adding you case details and your score.

Although not related to the topic but i was wondering what does "Pre-Assessed..: Yes" mean in a forum member's profile.

I believe that during the previous few draws, invites has been low because the government intend to give priority to University foreign graduate in Canada; reform is underway and may be this month, additional points may be awarded to those with Canadian Education;

Would be great if everyone added their CRS score and PR profile/application to the trackers.
We could actually start making some sense out of CIC process.

So as a reminder... ;)

I know we are all frustrated, but honestly, there is no reason for IRCC to be transparent. Immigrate to Canada is like to go to a restaurant, if you are not happy with their service, then bring your money and go elsewhere.

The restaurant is good overall. Suppose you are gluten allergic and you are not sure if there is gluten in the food. Will you simply ask them to be transparent and state that or piss off and go elsewhere?

Except in this example, the restaurant is not in a first world country, but in a communist one, which you can either eat or get out and let thousands people outside the door to take your place. It's a supply and demand thing.

To become a PR in Canada is a privilege not a rights. They are not taking anything from you nor promising you anything. The only people who can request IRCC to become transparent are the Canadian citizens who have the rights to vote and protected by Canadian constitution.

well said which is why trying to predict anything is really a complete waste of time as many people have already said on this forum. It just has the effect of creating false hopes / expectations when time better spent trying to improve scores which are there for a reason even though may seem unachieveable at times, if its not meant to be then its not meant to be.

CIC is transparent in many ways.
They give out reports with detailed information every 6 months. They also provide the cut-off score and number of ITAs of each round.
As of this year, the rounds are predictable, every 2 weeks, on a Wednesday. The score being determined by the number of invites...

You cannot expect them to say: this will take x days, then this x days, then this, this, this...
There are so many factors to take into account. Plus they don't want to be held accountable, or receive tons of request if candidates don't see their application being processed "as the average scheme".

They certainly don't have to provide us with an extensive analysis of processing times !

If you want to be useful, give the info to people who are willing to try to give you that analysis...
It will never be "perfect", but it can appease a lot of people, and give them a sense of timeline. Instead of simply waiting and checking every day, every week for months...

Migrating is a risky venture and every risk has a degree of uncertainty. The draw process is the external uncertain in this journey to Canada. We can't just demand things to CIC since we're the ones taking our chances to get in.

But on a positive note, I do hope the tracker develops into a reliable database for everyone in the near future :)

Some who are in the pool are concerned about whether or not they have a chance.
Good data and analysis can give them an idea of what to "expect" in the future rounds.
A tool well configured, with enough data could provide people with low scores the kick they need to look at other ways to increase their scores and not feed false hopes.

And for those who applied, maybe a extremely detailed and extensive analysis could sort out some patterns in processing times.
That would be very welcomed. Not that it would be precise, but it could give a sense of timeline, and some relief.

I DO encourage people to provide the data, and update it. it doesn't take much time.

Hey Andy,

Your prediction is *ahem* not accurate. According to 2015 end of year report, they have more than 16047 profiles in 400-1200 CRS range. So don't expect score to fall below 430-440 in short term even with 2000 ITAs per draw.
