Kenny may have announced new rules coming, but it will be a while as the Regulations have be changed and that takes time.

The news is good, but I don't think it means the wait period will be reduced

what do u think? will this affect the people who are going to apply in July 2012 ? i mean to a large extent the impact of the new rule?
