Newfoundland business immigration

Hi, I have few questions about immigrating through the entrepreneur stream.

- Should the exploratory visit be before or after the EOI? And are there any tips for what I could do during the visit?
- can I realistically apply without the help of an immigration lawyer? If not,
- should the immigration lawyer be from newfoundland province? As I have been struggling to find one in it.

Any help is appreciated and thanks in advance.

2 you can do it without lawyer,but since you have not done that before,i suggest you find a lawyer
3 as long as the lawyer can do the program, no matter where he is

The business program in Newfoudland is a bit new, so i think it would be potetially easier than other Provinces.
