I really don't think Canada needs citizens like this guy (or even his kids).
It's fine to criticize a person's actions, but it's pretty low to label a child as inherently unworthy based on parentage. Citizenship is not bestowed based upon the likability of the parent. It's bestowed based on citizenship law. And the law says that a child of a citizen (first generation born abroad) is a citizen, regardless of the marital status or relative charm of the parents. The child would not be able to pass on the status to another generation unless the next generation was born in Canada.

Can I get a second or a third opinion please ? (preferably from someone professional and experienced in these matters)
The law is clear that parental marriage status is irrelevant to inherited citizenship status. However, you will have to hire someone if you want a professional opinion.

While the marriage to your second wife will not be valid in Canada, the child is Canadian since you are Canadian. As others have mentioned, you'll need to consult a lawyer on this one.
1, Why does he need a lawyer? The child will be a Canadian citizen as long as one parent is a Canada. It is immaterial whether people agree with multiple marriages or not, the child is a citizen.
