Newborn addition after RFV

Hi all, please let me know if anyone had been in the same situation
I received a RFV on 10th of feb and I had to cancel it as I was expecting a baby in ten days . I had my baby on 24th of Feb and uploaded all document on 1st of March and I am waiting for a medical request for the baby.
Any idea how long will it take to issue a new ppr ?

I got my new PPR within 3 weeks after submitting all docs of my new born child.
