If your sponsorship is already processed, and you have already received the letter from CPC-M, note that as soon as the completed application is received from CPC-M, a file will be created in our office and the permanent residence applicant will receive an Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR) letter from this visa office. This letter, which provides processing time frames and explains how to enquire about your case, is only sent once the application is fully completed.



We would greatly appreciate that you wait until the appropriate AOR letter is issued and sent to you. Thank you for your co-operation.



For future reference, in all correspondence to our office, please refer to the applicant's full name, date of birth and file number.

Every1 else wuts up yall I did my closet and dresser cleaning today in preperation for hubby, he has yet to receive the documents I sent so hes just waiting on that then he can drop everything off,


??? ?????Question he got his police record done and they said to drop that off with his PP and original documents, do they have to verify police check like send it anywhere else or they will just issue his visa after he drops everything off??????

As always you are all always in my thoughts and prayers, Keep the faith You can get through this and come out with a truly rare strong relationship, honestly it sucks that familys are apart but it makes you closer at the same time, and you know when your reunited that nothing can keep your apart any longer, we are defenitly stronger, more trusting/loving than the average couple/family :-*

Irving-is it me or is this email very confusing. It sounds like this is a copy and paste response sent to all making queries.

First of all...doesn't the rep know if you a sir/madam if they looked at your file?
If you sent your file number and husband's bday why the note at the end saying to include?
You inquired about your case using the advised method so why include the line about how to inquire?

Did you recieve an AOR irving? Do you think they're saying to wait until the specified timeline has lapse before emailing them? What was the timeline on your AOR? Geeze girl I wish i could be more help. Hopefully someone else can make more sense of this.

Thats why I can be bothered with this emailing them business because they dont give you no damn information. They make me so mad.
