Jesusgirl: YAY!! Congratulations!!! :D When did he drop it off? Did he use courier or just drop off/pick up? I know if it's not TODAY ... it's too far away. :P Sounds like a landing story is just around the corner!!

he redid his medical and Police clearance on July 1st, he dropped off his pp on July 14th, they told him that they will call him in 4 weeks time when the medical was received from trinidad. they called him yesterday to come and pick up his documents. I went on ecas this morning and it says "Decision Made"..

wow.. missed a few things! All i have to say, the people who choose to start the bad vibe, consequences effect the entire group. I never read anything that would be remotely unsupportive, we all walk through highs and lows, and carry eachother to the finish line, our joy and pain can and should be read by our forum family.....im pissed off.. thats all...I cant imagine what it would be like never being able to travel, as I do... every 4 months or so! to see my hubby.. all i know is that i commend you for your resilency! Why must we tarnish eachothers jounrney's by nickpicking and pointing fingers..

Hi everyone!!!

I want to congratulate everyone that has gotten updates...

I just want to add onto comments that were made about the wait times.. unfortunatly the files don't go in order but i remember when i was waiting for a while close to a year and people that had waited only 6 months were getting through... I was happy for them but inside I was a little disappointed and upset why is my file not going through??? what did I do wrong?? what could I have done better??? why is it taking so long??? crying everyday because I missed my husband... We all want our partners at home and unfortunatly some have to wait longer than others... I believe application should be finalized by the order in which they were received but unfortunatly that is not the case I guess this feeling of happiness for your fellow immigration buddy but yet at the same time disappointment can only be understood once you have experienced it... some may never experience and some like me will experience it more than once.....

Also wanted to add that I think most members go to Jamaica every 3 to 4 months... some are less unfortunate but I believe that most go very often to be able to spend time with the loved ones and some are more fortunate to be able to spend every minute in Jamaica or go even once a month :P

Lets all be happy everyone!!!! **hugs**

Mr and Mrs Proper... dont go come back... i miss you guys already :(

Lonely, you don't have to apologize. We have all had all sorts of feelings through this process and non of them are wrong.
