Help!!!!

Does anyone know where I can get the form my husband needs to get his baby mama's to sign (yes there are two), to allow him to bring them to Canada. I think he should get this signed before he leaves. The boys are on our initial application and medicals were done. At the time we both agreed he should come first then we would bring them later.

jaruby : That sounds like a call to CIC is needed. Too important to venture a guess.. even an educated one. We don't want them getting turned back. I didn't realize there was forms. I thought that you needed to provide a custody documents but if you don't have those, besides a notorized letter from the mom, i'm not certain what else is required. Please let us know how it goes!
