Hey ramdont, pick up time is between 1:30 and 3:30 and then they close the gate. There is a line up and you have to pick a number and wait for it to be called. Go early as to ensure he gets in. They close the pick up office at 4:30 to meet anyone still in line. Ensure he brings ID

Canuck sorry just a little correction its actually between 1:30pm and 2:30pm on tuesday and thursdays... After 2:30pm they don't let anyone in...
