Hey guys I've been directed by some lovely to join this forum ! I definitely do have some questions that maybe someone can shine some light on....I been with my husband for just over a year and half and we got married in May of this year,I'm about to start working on his paper work he is in Kingston and me in ontario ! Now here are some questions i have .....

1) What gets submitted 1st
2) Do i have to have his portion of the completed paper work to submit with mine or does he do that from there ?

I'm so confused !!! HELP LOL im hoping to start the process in the beginning of January so i need to know exactly what to do, I really want this to go as smoothly as possible for us ....We did apply for a TRV in April and he was declined they said the reason was they were uncertain he'd return to JA due to not enough ties listed to bring him back so they were'nt satisfied.....So im just a little discouraged from that ,I travel back and forth from Toronto to Jamaica about every 6 weeks ! It gets pretty costly but well worth it and we're both ready for it to be done with and hopefully be able to start our married life in one spot ...If anyone could help that would be amazing thanks i'll be waiting to hear any feedback

Are there any Jamaican out there waiting for the FSW program to start in May to apply. Please share your situation, and as always offer any advise you can to people like myself who are also waiting ( think I am pretty up to date as it is now....just need to get my docs in order

Morning Folks,
another down kinda day -
last time i checked with someone in Kingston (we were told we should be receiving a letter end of april to mid may)
Nothing...Absolutely nothing
My email requests have gone unanswered - I have no idea if the application is missing something - etc - I had an immigration lawyer do the entire app for my hubby and daughter just to ensure it was as complete as could be.
I head back to be with my family at the end of the month..
But...any encouraging words - would help
I have seen a few threads on here about ordering my file notes? how do i go about doing that?
