dancehallvid you have to go on the front entrance where the awning is which is on waterloo rd as that entrance is for immigration.... the entrance on trafalgar rd is for canadian citizens

ok cause i went to the waterloo side to sign for my daughter passport but they sent me to trafalgar rd side.so i was thinking thats were we will be sent.thx for the info

yea she get it from day one.but dem just send a letter saying they need my signautre on some papers

Interview is waived menaing her husband didnt have to go in for an interview this is a good thing means that they believe the relationship is genuine, her husband is now landed tho

Kedeisha is right... My husband was given a visa without having for the interview as by looking at my application they didn't have any questions and believed that we are in a genuine relationship. I have noticed with the forum peoples experience in dealing with Kingston High Commission that most people are not required to go for an interview so I will pray that the same happens for you as an interview is just added stress. Also like Kedeisha already said my husband is in Canada, he has been here since June 19, 2011

So I guess the reason why you went on the trafalgar side is because you're daughter is a canadian citizen... but when you are dealing with anything pertaining to your application, you will have to go to the waterloo entrance

Witty really no use in stressing a decision will be made when the time is right so far no 1 else has been in ur unique situation where they went for an interview and wait so long with any justification from KGN so if u want u can go and visit them ( which is pretty much pointless) or honestly stop stressing everything will happen in time

@ Witty You should send another CSE or fax one to the VO. If you go for your passport, you might get it without your visa. Have your spouse contact your MP to see what's the hold up.

If you drop your pp in, you've got to pick it up. If you mailed it in, you will receive it mailed back in the pre-paid envelope you sent it in with.

admirable this is what happen.I was decline an application from inland sponsership the IO think our relationship was not genuine because we got married so quickly.after decline we went to a lawyer and he told us to do an outland sponsership cause there is no apeal for inland so i came home and reapply but i was ask to come in at kgn for an interview on october 11 2011 hence i havent herd anything and i was told i should herd back in 2 weeks.i sent an email to them last week but no replay,
