Guys I need help. My hubbys step mom is taking our daughter to do her medical in Kingston today in about an hour. On the Apendix C form is says to state which visa office we are using. However, I am unable to get a hold of my lawyer to find this out. Would anyone here know which office we would use to sponsor a dependent child who lives in Jamaica? It says if we don't state this on the form it can delay our app?

Please any responses within the next half hour would be great as I have to call her b4 the appt

Most likely you will be using the Kingston office. Unless your daughter is legally allowed to be in another country for a period of at least 1 yr.

I don't think she is. We are sponsoring her to come here, we live in Canada already but she is living in Jamaica. I'm afraid of what to put. Does this letter come back to us or does it stay with the doctors? I know they use to send it in themselves however things have changed and we havent even started her app yet cause now its changed that you have to send everything in at once

your visa office is Kingston, and the doctor will give your copy 2 of her medical, and the results go to Trinidad. Good luck.

Yes, you will get like a little paper, with your child pic on it, and that is the piece of paper you put in your app. I am new to this too, but thats what happen with my husband. Make sure you photocopy that paper once you get it.
