you will get it off soon do not send back all the papers its natural to make mistake just white out that bad boy initial beside the changes and keep it moving thats how I do when I make changes to forms and they are always accepted

ok cool well this way you can fill in all the answers for everything and he just have to sign n date the forms and then send everything back at once and then you just ship them off once you get them
