Newbies question : "Is someone helping you fill out this form"? and "Are you paying someone to help

If I did ask questions and get answers online like discussion forum here and phoned local new comer association for questions, should I answer "Yes" to : "Is someone helping you fill out this form" and "No" to "Are you paying someone to help you fill out the form"? Or just answer "No" to both of them?
Simple questions but just want to be sure with my fellow applicants. Thanks in advance.

I would say ‘no’ to the first question if i’m Illiterate (don’t have enough education to read and understand the questions) or if I am using the service of a representative (lawyer).
I would say ‘yes’ to the second question if I’m using the service of a representative or any immigration law office.
