Newbie Pretoria VO, is there anyone out there using Pretoria Office???

hey guys...so my husband's medical is "lost"...sigh. Anyone know the number or contact of the medical office in nairobi where they're supposed to be send initially? I am thinking it's best to redo the medical altogether instead of wasting time trying to track down the original one...even though they haven't requested we redo it. Any idea if we have to send a copy of the medical form to the pretoria office for the re-done medical? Or what other info we need to send with that new form? Or do we just have the dr send his copy to the medical office? Don't really know what to do now... this process is such a pain! thx for the help! =)

oooohh no thats really terrible.. i really dont know , but i think the best that you can do it to go and repost on the first page , Subject line :Spousal Sponsorship there are some senior members who might be able to help... or u can try loggin on to cic. websitite and look for a contact number from there.. better yet if you are in Canada call the call centre and explain the situation to them...Good luck hey...
