Can you please let me know minimum score for IELTS under following criteria?

My details (Main applicant)

Masters
35 years

Spouse

Masters
33 years

Level of education makes no difference.

The primary applicant needs to score at least 6 in each of the four categories. The dependent spouse does not need to take IELTS - but can to increase the number of points.

no min criteria...its wat mx can u get is good for ur score..min good score is CLB 9...W:7 R:7 R:7.5 L:8 ...aveg score 7.5

I forgot to mention that I have got almost 10 years of working experience. If I get let say 300 score in points table what are the chances of invite?

No chances of an invite through Express Entry / Federal Skilled Worker with a score of 300. You need to be in the low 400s.
