Hi,
New_2_Canada, this is really good news.. is it true that they are going to change the NOC List?
I believe yes, they will do it because, As you see from the NOC list for maximum cap reached NOC, there are many NOCs not reached to max cap of 1000, even few of them are not reaching to 100 applications.
So may be this year they can keep the NOC those reached 1000 cap and replace NOC not applied to the max cap.
What do you say about it?

Hi, The new year for the immigration will start on 1st july and not 26th June. As per the current information the file still needs to go to CIO and I would suggest wait for the new list which may change and then send the application then.
Where are you from in Delhi, I am from West Delhi and am planing to apply in July/Aug.
