New workpermit extension in canada

Hi,

My wife, she is having post graduation work permit and is going to expire on august 2021 and she got pr invitation and its under processing i am having the spouse open work permit and its about to expire on the same date of my wife.

Can anyone advise me both my wife and me eligible for the work permit extension under the new rule of extension(extension of 18 months).Presently my wife don't have the NOC category job.

Your wife is eligible but needs to wait until her work permit is expiring in four months or less before she applies.

You are only eligible to extend your work permit if your wife holds a NOC A, B or 0 job.
