Has Canada issued a new visa rule which says that the decisions are made within 14 days.
Here in Nepal the consultancies are saying that Canada has changed their rule and it is much more easy than before.

If it is True please let me and others know too.

If you read the requirements for New Delhi (all applications go through VFS) you might notice that they are quite different what the "expert" quotes. Since all Indians have to have a medical it is extremely unlikely anything would be done in 14 days as the medical results usually take about 30 days. You can believe what you wish, but personally I would believe it only if it was posted at www.cic.gc.ca or the Delhi Website.

Well I am from nepal and here in nepal there is not any canadian embassy...and i ve been accepted in Fanshawe college and my class starts from sept 8. And I ve not applied till now thinking it will be done in 14 days. Pmm What should I do ? any suggestions else I'll be in a deep deep trouble.

Well you better apply "tout suite" or you will be disappointed. I doubt if you will have time to have your application processed. That is what happens when people listen/read rumours rather than going to the source.
