I noticed they changed some of the wording online where we check for application updates

Application status; we are processing...
Review of eligibility; we are reviewing
Medical; passed
This one: review of add't documents; we need additional documents to process your application. Check your messages below.

But i do not have any new messages. Last one was for the RPRF back april 4th and it was paid, receipt mailed and emailed and all has been confirmed as received.

What is going on here, anyone knows!???

I have the same but no messages as to what documents they are requesting

will try calling CIC after work today for more info

it's system glitch. I have the same thing there. And probably 80% of people on this forum CIC will not tell you anything smart, just report technical difficulties using this form http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp
That is what they told me.....

I am a computer person.
I went in the thread and read it quickly. All examples i saw were about medical requests.

I wanted a response here not a link from another thread. I dont have time for reading long threads....

Lol, they were simply trying to help you. However, what you're experiencing is a system glitch which occurred yesterday morning during the cic/GCKEY maintenance. If you want to be 100% simply call the call centre.

I realize that but i hate when someone post another thread
This is a new thread. Its much easier to say it is a glitch and to report it then go find a link and paste it

Did you already take medical exam? If you did & it says "passed" then pretty sure its positive. Give them a call later just to check

Not sure why u are asking me that, my cic application page updates has nothing to do with the medical..... medical has always shown as passed

I am asking about a new item added that states they are asking for additional documents....

Hmm, they are having some major issue after they did "system maintenance" on Tuesday night so I would suggest to call CIC & check if there is any update & also keep checking online. Some people already talked with CIC agensts & they were told to wait 4-5 days & msg will show up.
