What did it say? I got an email stating that my application has been updated but when I checked mycic there's no update/changes in my application. tech glitch, maybe?

Same here, i checked but no changes at all. I think they have made an error in my application but i do not think they will change the answer. I need to apply again with more documents.
I have a question if you have any idea, in case i do not submit the IELTS since there is no option on the online applicatiin do they refuse the application directly or they ask to submit the IELTS?

afaik, only the school you want to enroll to requires IELTS. but I still submitted my IELTS result together with my SOP to demonstrate my ability to communicate in English. going back to your question, I really dont know if they'll ask you for your ielts result or they'll just give you an outright refusal.

Thank you for the answer wandermom. Good luck with your application. I was refused the first time for a reason which makes no sense but i will try hard to fix that in the second application.
