Does anybody know if the family class path outlander from trv to sowp if affected by the new changes this week(that prevent temporary resident to apply to wp from inside Canada)?

Doesn't seem to affect. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/work-canada/permit/temporary/apply.html - it's still listed as eligible
