No one really knows the best arguments.
General consensus is that you can apply for six months as it's a standard limit for trv.
Strong ties are always good to show. How important it is for this trv we don't know as there is not enough cases.

Read this and thread and https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/trv-for-spouse-and-dependant.803609/ there are reports as to what people have sent along their requests

A past comment from member @mingdong

“For those of you whose spousal sponsorship files got returned/rejected by IRCC (inland/outland) and you believe the rejection was done incorrectly by IRCC agent, you can write to Deputy Minister of IRCC Christiane Fox at Christiane.Fox@cic.gc.ca and including the following details:

- Name, contact details of the sponsor
- Time and Date of online submission
- Reason for rejection that you believe was wrong (signature missing, info missing, document missing, etc)

Good luck”

This is not a correct use of the deputy minister’s email address. If there was a moderator they would take this down.

Thanks you so much . In six months TRV visa she also explain that she will apply for work permit during the stay in Canada. Is this ok to write in letter of intent?

I decided against it. But as I said, no one really knows. I did include the part about dual intent and I also added information about activities planned for six months (mainly language studies) and I explained means of return if pr will be denied.

I have no idea whether or not this will be accepted. My timeline are in the signature, I'll report with more details once there is any decision

Just write the letter of invitation. Get the guide from cic.gc.ca. No need to mention the minister’s announcment for trv and no need to put on planning to work. You are supposed to visit your spouse and go back home after the duration. Agents are well aware of this things already. Just be short and concise no need to add unnecessary stuff.
