We received AOR1 a month ago, we have successfully linked the application on GCKey and principal applicant's account has also been successfully created on New PR Tracker but recently we found out that Sponsor has to create an account on PR Tracker too which is separate from principal applicant's account. As the current stage of our application will be Sponsor Approval check so I believe it will be shown on Sponsor's account if it has been started.
But we are unable to sign up on new PR tracker using Sponsor's details, it says we have entered invalid information however pretty sure we are entering the correct information. The UCI is from AOR which is sponsor's UCI and rest of the information of sponsor (name, date of birth, birth country and city) but it's still saying invalid. Any idea what could be the issue? Has this happened to anyone else? Also the sponsor is Canadian by birth and never applied for their own PR, could this be the issue?
