Hello everyone,,,,

I am new here I have 3 questions...

1- If you I don't have a lease or rental agreement for two years out my 4 year period what do you guys suggest I can do? ( The landlord seems to be disappeared an sold the place ).

2- The health records that requested via RQ are for 4 yeard prior to the date of application ? OR prior to the date of the RQ????

3- Does unemployed for a few months affect the application in a negative way?

--> What method did you pay? show your bank statement showing that amount. Show your government, CRA mails as well

2- The health records that requested via RQ are for 4 yeard prior to the date of application ? OR prior to the date of the RQ????
----> 4 years prior to the date of application

3- Does unemployed for a few months affect the application in a negative way?
-----> no, i traveled 6 months out of the country just for pleasure.

Hi Experts and Members,

Please can you tell me if one being living in an address for 2 years and, is it OK to just take a letter from the landlord from (mentioning the dates) "this date - this date" he has been living here.

Or it has to be in tenancy agreement format?
