New to Immigration

I am looking for a work visa, I have 12 years of Financial Management experience. Been told that I would only qualify if I had a job sponsor me been looking but most jobs won't sponsor. does anyone know of companies possibly in my field or maybe something lower that might be sympathetic to my cause.


Also wanted to know if selling my house in United States and buying a house in Canada would stop any captial gains tax.
