Hi Sir,

I am very new to immigration and I am a skilled professional.

As I understood, 2014, skilled list of occupation list is just released by canada govt.

My plan is apply immigration but I have't started my IELTS preparation.

So, I have two options.
Option 1 : I will start the visa process first and simultaneously ILETS preparation.
Advantage : my visa process will be first and there is no question of "Cap reached"
Disadvantage : If I wont get 7 band. I loose some money which i will have to pay for consultents.

Option 2 : Will finish the IELTS first and then Visa process
Disadvantage : Skilled professional "Cap may reach" the limit

Can you please suggest me the best approach?
