New to forum, please help

Hi All,

I am a FSW aspirant and looking for how to start preparing for applying.

I am aware that this year quota is over and getting prepared for next year. Is there anything I can start from now on like education checks etc., I have already taken IELTS with over all score of 7.5 and no band less than 6.5.

Your suggestions will help me in getting prepared.

Assuming you will be eligible under next year's FSW occupation list, go here - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-how.asp

The CIC website is very informative and can guide you throughout the entire process. A lot of people got their educational credentials assessed in advance of the occupation list being announced but under the clear understanding that it may all be for nought if they aren't eligible.

The forum is helpful if you have specific questions.
