Im an new (future applicant)planning to applying for FSW in Jan 15, Applied for IELTS Exam on 13th Dec & Forwarded my certificates to WES with attestation from University .

Now gathering all the Work experience letters from my ex-managers, can i get a simple experience letter or is there an format , if yes please advice

Secondly , can i apply before my IELTS Exam & later give them the result details.

Im i forgetting anything , please advice

No - you can't apply before your IELTS exam and give CIC the results later. You must include your IELTS results with your original application or it will be refused.

can i get a simple experience letter or is there an format ,

It must list your role and duties performed. A simple experience letter listing your tenure and title is not enough unless combined with a reference letter that has your role and duties performed.

Secondly , can i apply before my IELTS Exam & later give them the result details

Send your completed package. That means after IELTS result. You don't know what you are going to score so there is no way to calculate the exact points.

No, your writing score is too low, has to be 6 or above.
