thanx all....
i have applied under fsw under 4131....but vo at ND has refused at the ground of lack of settlement funds.... but as i have provided them the required evidences of funds..
we r two persons in our application & we have provided evidence of 16000 dollars.. funds r 500000( FD),250000(SAVING ACCOUNT)... but i dont know how they miss fd.... now pls advise me what to do..?
in dere letter,they only mention my saving account & tell that this is not sufficient...

sent reconsideration letteron 12th Aug 2010, i emailed them abt the status of my application on october 4th they replied:


Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.

We have responded to your recent enquiry on August 26,2010.

Please be advised that the status of your application has not changed since our last reply to you. Our office cannot provide you with an update of your case status by email on a regular basis, but rest assured we will contact you when we have a reply for you.

In order to serve all clients better, we will be unable to answer further correspondence at this time.

We trust that this information will be of assistance.

Now guys my question is is ther any chance that we qwill look into this issue or they wont?

try getting CAIPS ...this will give you clear pcture wthr they opend your case or not
 
hi guys and congrats to those who sent their reconsideration letter and was granted to be reviewed again. im here guys to ask for help on what to write on my reconsideration letter after being refused because they said my job description is not sufficient on the job description in canada as general practitioner under federal skilled worker. pls help :( thanks!

The fact is reconsideration is only if CIC think yes they really made ERROR example score of your ielts is 14 but by mistake officer count 12 then you have to show them this is calculation mistake or very very solid reason otherwise they never ever reopen your file again. the bottom line is if its error happen from CIC then yes they re-open your file otherwise NO and even if they reopen file you waist almost one year more.
