I sponsored my spouse thats in Pakistan.
Quebec selction completed in March 2021.
Today I called canadian immigration to fine processing time and they told me that application moved to Shanghai chine.

Please advise if anyone else whose sponsorship application moved to shanghi China and how much processing time? Is there a phone number for Shanghai office?

June 2020 application send.
Dec 2020 -> received acceptance with finger scan request
jan 2021 -> send form for quebec selection
March 2021 -> got quebec selection CSQ
March2021 -> application moved to Shanghai China

I got a ghost update in my gckey today. Went from submitted to application/profile updated. But ECAS still says app received. Any one else? What does ghost update even mean?
