New study visa rules 2018 ! SPP TO SDS

We all heard lot of news like in India SPP getting swapped by SDS stream which is already in play in Phillipines. It was supposed be starting on feb 1, 2018. But no confirmation on cic website. Was it all a fake rumour ?

It wasn't fake. Rules are not changed till yet but it can change for sep'18 or jan'19

yes you can get if your are asking from point of IELTS 5.5. but there are other factors too.
