Hello,

We all know that new rules to express entry were announced recently which will be effective from November 19, 2016:

I received ITA on October 19, 2016. I have not uploaded all the background documents yet and I expect to upload all the documents ONLY after November 19, 2016.

Would the change in rules make my ITA invalid on November 19, 2016? Will my profile be placed back in to the pool on that date and reconsidered for future rounds of invitation? Please answer...

No. It won't affect current ITA as far as I am aware.

Applications for permanent residence for foreign nationals invited to apply before November 19, 2016 will be assessed based on the previous Ministerial Instructions.
