Hi,

I am on closed work permit in Canada and working in LMIA exempt company. My company extends WP every year for one year or 6 months.
As per new rule, I have marked that I have offer letter for next one year and got 50 additional points. On this basis I received ITA. Now situation is that my offer letter is valid till July 2017 (around 7 months). So what document I need to provide to prove that my company extends WP every year? Is there any chances that CIC reject the application if my company not extend WP this year.

Yeah to gain the 50 extra points, the job offer has to be valid for a minimum of 1 year

Thanks, So 1 year from ITA received or submission of eAPR?

Also is it fine if I submit referenced letter from company instead of offer letter? In referenced, company can mention that they will extend WP for next 6 - 8 months after July 2017.

"have a valid job offer from that employer for at least one year after we issue your permanent resident visa." http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/offer.asp

You will be required to submit both - a reference letter and a offer letter.

Something is not settling well in my stomach.. If I take a look as an outsider, its looks like the employer is NOT willing to hire you on permanent full time basis . Thats why they keep on extending your WP for 6-8 months at a time. This looks more like seasonal contract position.

No, you need a valid job offer which states that you will be working for that employer for one year AFTER you receive your PR (among other requirements) and a reference letter following IRCC guidelines.

Have you reached the document checklist section? It will tell you exactly what you need.

Thanks, I am here on closed WP and current employer is LMIA exempt, my contract will end soon. So if I got offer letter from another employer which is NOT LMIA exempt then this offer letter is valid?
Or if I get new offer from another company which is LMIA exempt then this offer is valid?

Not really. You'd need to have already worked with the same employer for at least 1 year.
