New Refugee claimant received negative decision March 2014

Dear members ,

I am new refugee claimant came to Canada end of 2013 and submitted my BOC form in Jan 2014 in Alberta. I received a negative oral decision on March 2014. The woman judge was : Pavcier Michael , she was very harsh too. my hearing took about 3.30 hours She was not fair at all .

I'm married and got kids and my family still in back home.

I kindly need your help on any available steps to take to in order to stay in Canada , Because if I sent back home I will face persecution by armed grope in home country because of my membership of ethic grope .

I welcome any input.

Very sad to hear that....new cases approval rating is very very low...u immediately contact the experienced lawyer....now u have very limited options to stay in.canada....sorry to say that....

They r dealing very tough on new refugee cases....no break....

Harper govt. And immigration minister changes rules for refugees and has close almost all doors to them....which. ...means....removal order with in short period of time....and quick deportation...no excuses...

Before removal takes years. ..now with in 2 or 3 months...thats...it...

If you want to try options #2 or #3, then you need to file a notice of appeal / submit an appeal to the Federal Court within 15 days of recieving the written decision on your case.

You need to get a lawyer if you don't have one already.

Any one knows good lawyer in Alberta ? did any one made it ; I mean did he manage to file an appeal with RAD within the 15 days period ?

I'm very worried about this ???

pls help , if any one had experience with this status

Of course, depending on how you entered Canada and/or where you are from, you may not be able to appeal to the RAD.

But my opinion. ...get ready with ur bag pack....sir..and be ready to fly back to ur home country...harper govt....hired these irb members politically influenced reps....no chance of stay or parole...etc...now a days its one way street....no u turn....

When u go to doctor in emergency if u have serious problem they dont hide from.u....why i should lie...truth is truth...sooner or later he has to face...that...back to pavillion...last year alone...harper govt...deported over 10,000 rejected refugees...from canada...

Guys ,

let's be optimistic and hope the better for all refugee claimants , I heard about a lot of refugees had negative decision and they still here in Canada and working .

I'm not from the designated country , that Harber Gov send them back and as per the IRP website that I'm eligible to file appeal with RAD and also submit judicial review with Federal court .

I have good work experience with more than one international oil companies and I filed my work permit and waiting to receive it soon , any body can tell me in case I found good job in Canada what are the chances to stay here ???


Please any " optimistic" input or opinion will be more than welcome

Getting a job in Canada isn't going to make a difference if your appeal fails.

The most important thing right now for you is the appeal. It needs to be successful if you want to stay. Start working with a good lawyer as soon as you can and make sure you don't miss that 15 day deadline.

I dont think. ..that job will anchor u in.canada....nope.....they will say go to ur country...and get visa and come back...because ur refugee has denied...

.judicial review dececion comes for new refugee cases...with in. 2 weeks.....and then what? ..appeal to leave...etc....again same thing....back to pavillion.....

Just follow and obey the canadian laws...dont fool around harper govt...they r nasty with denied refugees....

I like to tell truth. ...Lot of people dont know that IRB members r hired politically basis by conservatives...just to reject refugee cases...immediately....thats it....last year alone over 10000 rejected refugees deported...if u dont believe talk to experiemced lawyer he will tell u what i am telling u. ....

If any irb member approval rating is higher....either they transfer him...or change him to other position....i read alot about their appointments and transfer....the position etc....

Its big...internal...secret...game....

Its truth...and truth is hard to swallow....
