New Profile and Medicals

Good day,

My husband and I will be making a new profile for Express Entry. We have successfully passed our Medicals and they have been uploaded into the system along with our old profile. Does anyone know if the results get lost or if they stay on the system? They didn't expire and they are still valid.

It would be unfortunate if we needed to upload them again since we live in Argentina, and due to Covid-19, the office that has our results will be closed until further notice. Are our medical results associated with us instead of our profile?

It's safest to assume that the agent who will check your file for completion does this millions of times and will not be bothered to dig up your old file. The safest route would have been to reupload it.

Do you really not have a soft copy of the file stashed somewhere.... Not even a picture on your cell phone? How did you upload it in the first place?

That's all you have to upload, no problem there for as long as the medicals are valid. You're lucky you've already completed it before the closures happened.
