New Processing time for EE

At the bottom it still says

Since Express Entry is a new system and not enough applications have been received yet, processing times are not available but we have committed to process the majority of applications in six months or less.

How is it possible that its 15 months for both Express entry (FSW CEC and PNP also) and General applicants. SO I hope its an error.

yes right . they say the application will be process six months or less. i was freaked out for a sec .. haha

Don't panic! It is a website error!

Notice the timelines for the worker extension. It says that they are working on application received today! Which is wrong!

For every class of application - they have standard processing time of 15 months...dam..
Didn't they say processing of application in Express Entry will take max. 6 months...
Hope its an error..

This is 2016. All applications after 1 January 2015 were processed within 6 months.

Guys of course it is an error. We know from our own stats here that most cases through 2015 were done in about 5-6 months.

The reason it states 2015 and not 2016 is because applications received before January 1 2015 would be paper and therefore processed differently. If you submitted it after January 1 2015 then it would be put through the Express Entry system.

this is wrong update..please go and check the work permit extension processing time..it says they are currently working on jan 21 2016 application....what ?????? today is jan 21 ...
