@gamzoog the one from you get a email like Congratulation you are now permanent resident of Canada. Just reply them there and ask them to correct it.

@yasirhashmi15 can you please advise how to find direct email address for visa office. In my recent GCMS notes My primary VO is Edmonton and secondy VO is OSC but i got portal email from VLU. Can you please suggest to whom should i email. Thanks.

Have you sent any inquiry to the Client Portal email?

@ramandeep7712 in my case it was Etobicoke so they do have direct email but in your case it's only the email you receive portal request from or web form or call.

I am frustrated too. Somebody get their ecopr within 2 days. Why are we still waiting for our ecopr after a few months ? Is there any channel for complaint to IRCC Senior level managers ?

I dont think their hierarchy is based that way. Its like a black Hole..no one knows on what basis one gets copr in 2 days while others wait. I am waiting since 17 June...let see. My work visa expires by April 2022.
