New PR confirmation portal

Does anyone have idea, how long does it take to receive PR card. My card got mailed on 8 sept.
I still haven’t received. I saw people receiving it in 3-4 business days. I reside in BC. Ecopr issued by ottawa.

2-3 weeks. Its coming out of Sydney, NS

Finally, I received my CoPR after 58 days from IRCC Calgary

That happened to mine also. It disappeared from last week.
Idk what does it mean for our application... But you are not the only one!

Calgary office.
1st email: 14 Sep 2021: 12pm Wpg time
2nd email: 14 sept 20212pm Wpg time, replied same evening around 6pm
COPR: 16 Sept 2021 - 2pm Winnipeg time

My PR card was mailed according to my file online.

ITA: March 18
AOR: May 25
Medical passed: June 17
Biometrics: Already provided for IEC
Possible GU : Sept 7th (i say possible because i saw “update” on my file that day when i checked, and there was no updated when i clicked, but i did not receive any emails)
1st Portal email (from Virtual Landing Unit) and replied same day: Sept 8th
Portal credential/Submitted photo and address same day : Sept 9th (also received a reminder for the 1st email that day, just replied that i already submitted everything)
e-COPR: Sept 10th
GCKey File updated: Sept 10th (said Approved, that I passed Background check on Sept 7th and eligibility on Sept 10th)
PR Card mailed: Sept 16th

On the portal, the picture and adress still say in review, but I linked my application and that’s where I could see it was mailed (did not receive any emails about this update, i did see a ghost update on the file 2 days before).
