Yes. I’m way behind you. I also waited for FIVE MONTHS from decision made to first email for portal. My timeline is a disaster… still waiting. It’s been 17 months total so far and no ecopr and file has decision made.
My AOR is March 12th, 2021. So, the whole process is pretty smooth and quick for me. I called IRCC the other day and they mentioned that my visa office was Ottawa. I guess that's why it was pretty fast to get everything approved. It seems like my file is transferring to Etobicoke office to finalize the ECOPR. Are you CEC?
Yes i recieved the emails and thank u. Urs will come soon (i had to send a webform last week to tell them we have waited for 16 months and the wait is affecting to our life seriously. Not sure because of the letter or it is our turn

no, we are completely different streams. You are CEC and we’re inland spousal sponsorship. But the end result is the same when it comes to portal and ecopr etc…
our office was Mississauga and for the final stretch (portal) it went to etobicoke.
Calgary visa Office is trash now. I got my eCOPR on May 27 and till date I still don’t have my card. IRCC is a total mess!
