If you uploaded your photo & address via PR confirmation portal, you’ll see whether your Address & photo are still “In review” or “accepted.”
1st stage - If your declaration in Canada got accepted, you’ll receive eCOPR
2nd stage - If your Address & photo are accepted, you’ll receive your PR card in a week to your mailbox on the address you’ve provided!
As you’ve COPR now, you can sign it and start applying for your new permanent SIN as it’ll be different from your current temporary SIN!

According to the responses on this thread it is taking up to 1 month from receiving the eCOPR!
Yes, applications which includes dependents are considered as complex cases and will take more processing time as per IRCC website!

They can never get what we are going through. Some of us are in very bad situation at work and stuck since long just for Pr. Some of us have parents back home waiting for us since years. My job plan, home plan and plan to see my parents are all ruined by IRCC. I wish I could do anything other than just f****ng my mental health. I am waiting since almost 14 months of AOR and photo was submitted 11 days ago. Looking at the cases, I don’t think I will get it anytime soon.
I see. I would imagine it wouldn't matter anymore at the point of "waiting for the e-copr" - since all that's left is for them to hit the "approve" button

Today I got the below mail from IRCC and replied back with email id, UCI, date of entry, port of entry... Does this mean that my PR application approved?

1. When can expect IRCC to replay back with PR portal link with my credentials

Timelines are all over the place. What is your visa office? (should say at the bottom of the email either Virtual Landing Unit or a specific city)
...And we are talking about a country where "strong preference is given to PR or Canadian applicants" or where a temporary resident is not even eligible to apply for most jobs!
