Waiting for eCOPR from may 8th.
Anyone facing this kind of situation?

I don’t know if I am right or wrong. what if you reply to their original email again and check if you have not made any mistake in giving them the required information. You can highlight if any and tell them to rectify it or let them send you another portal credentials (if they will)

Another option is to reach your MP and tell them about this. Your MP can send your message on your behalf to IRCC and it will reach them in one day. I tried this option as my application was not moving and after 16 months I got portal confirmation email after reaching out to my MP. Hope you get you ecopr soon.

You can renew/update with Service Canada again by then. There are no fees apply, and the SIN number will remain the same after PR.
I think health cards will be the same valid date.

After you get the actual PR card, I think driver's licenses and health cards can be linked together in some provinces, so you just carry one card around. (Correct me if I am wrong.)

Quick question, In PR confirmation portal it says once declaration is accepted we will be able to download ecopr. In my case declaration is accepted but no ECOPR yet. My address and photo is still under review. Will I be getting ecopr once address is accepted by IRCC or it should be there after acceptance of declaration only. Please guide. Thanks

I believe so because before it is based on my study permit/ work permit's valid date, not my passport valid date. Before the PR Card arrives, they will use your COPR as the primary document. I think they approved SIN, Health Card, etc. by valid status in Canada. The only difference is now you are a permanent resident (PR), and before you are a temporary resident under certain conditions.

Hello PSpharwaha, It is normal for the address and photo in review, the declaration is accepted automatically once you put a checkmark and submitted. Usually, you should get the ECOPR first. If they accepted your address, I think your card is ready to get on the way home.
If they are ready to dispatch your card, they will send you an email saying your card is sent out.

Your little PR buddy is either departing with AIR Canada flight, flying in the sky over the province, or taking a Canada Post bus ride home. The Portal says the card will be sent in 1 week. But if you don't receive it after 120-180days, your buddy might be lost, and please help your buddy home by contact IRCC.

Hello PSpharwaha, It is normal for the address and photo in review, the declaration is accepted automatically once you put a checkmark and submitted. Usually, you should get the ECOPR first. If they accepted your address, I think your card is ready to get on the way home.
If they are ready to dispatch your card, they will send you an email saying your card is sent out.

Your little PR buddy is either departing with AIR Canada flight, flying in the sky over the province, or taking a Canada Post bus ride home. The Portal says the card will be sent in 1 week. But if you don't receive it after 120-180days, your buddy might be lost, and please help your buddy home by contact IRCC.

My address was approved more than a week back (photo still in review) and it is etobicoke vo, I have seen guys from etobicoke VO saying they submitted photo in feb using portal and haven’t heard since.

Hi Fangfang, may I ask you about the second ADR? It is a passport renewal?
I am guessing is this long wait caused by "permanent resident visa" because they never asked about the passport copies.
But in the mail, applicants need to send their passport previously.
Do you think this is the main cause?

My photos are under review, too. Address approved next day of my ECOPR. VO: Calgary Office.
There is no reason they will hold on to your cards, the only factor left will be the photo requirement.
After that, it depends on Canada Post. So try to stay at the same home address, if you change the address(moving within 3 weeks) before getting cards, you must inform them. Or else, they will be sending your PR card to the old address.
