@legalfalcon can we apply for PRTD with an expired copr whiles travelling with no PR Card

COPR never expires. It is a document that just confirms that you are a PR. The PR card has a validity if 5 years.

So if you have a COPR which is stamped and shows the date when you became a PR, that is all you need to apply for PRTD. Also, there is no way to renew the COPR.

I received my Copr, have been asked to send them 1 recent photo and copy of Copr, by post.
Is it necessary to have Photographer stamp with address in backside of photo?
I have pics but without stamp.

yes .my agent got it on 23April.she replied back and still no response.

This because your agent responded and the email clearly says it has to be the applicant that responds

I got my PR card in the mail today !!! Great shout out to the VO calgary on April 9th got my eCoPR , funny fact the portal web still showing my picture is under review lol

Finally, after 10.5 months of waiting I got my e-copr today. Thanks for all the support guys and hope you all reach the finish line soon. AOR: June 07, 2020, Ghost Update ( background check/criminality check pass): April 19, 2021, Portal Email: April 26th, 2021, Portal Credentials: April 28th, 2021 and e-copr: May 04, 2021.
