Receive the PR card finally yesterday photo is still in review , Ecopr on Feb 9th. visa office Etobicoke .
but on my Ecopr have spelling mistake in my family Name i dint get any new copr. have to wait for new ecopr.
on my PR card doesn't have any spelling mistakes

How did you get your copr letter? If it is through email, then you don't need a portal.

I got an email from CIC, sign in to my CIC account, and download new message under my application.

So in my understanding, we can mail PR photo with this letter to CIC or wait for portal invitation and upload my PR photo?

U have to mail the photo I guess. Because they create portal before they issue COPR

you have to mail photos. pr portal is not for you...
