@Arshdeepsingh000 Based on my limited knowledge, You will for sure receive your logic credentials (it has nothing to do if you are in Canada or not in canada) and you have 15 days to respond to that email. Ater you respond to them, it takes another 2-3 weeks to get your portal details so we are talking about 4 weeks from now for you to respond to the portal, upload your picture, confirm your address and presence in Canada.
You cant submit details on portal without confirming your presence in Canada. This is must step as the system wont allow you to do so.
These are some of the options you have.
1. Respond to IRCS stating that you are in India through webform. (this will delay the process unnecessarily and i don't recommend)
2. Wait for the login credentials, respond to it while you are in India. Wait for the portal details. And it may give you at-least another 4 weeks before you return to Canada. BUT you submit the portal details ONLY from Canada.
3. If you can't come back to Canada before 1st April, don't upload details and confirm on the portal. And IRCC wont work on your file as already there is so much of backlog and you get your 2.5 months. come back to Canada and submit.
But don't submit the picture, address and confirm your presence while you are not in Canada. That may jeopardize things for your unnecessarily.
